My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you to reach your goal and to help create a personal fitness plan that suits your needs. We will work together to create reachable goals to get you where you need to be in your physical lifestyle.

           MUSCLE TONE

Using body weight, elastic bands, dumbells, and exercise balls, and etc.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

 

Gravity straps, exercise ball, cones, and etc.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Group training consists of two or more individuals. Based on your fitness level, and ability, different exercises can be performed at a low impact, slow and steady pace, or to high intensity and plyometrics.

           IN-HOME & OUTDOOR TRAINING

In-home and outdoor training programs are designed to give you the conveinence of being able to work out in an environment that you are most comfortable in. In home training allows you to have the comfort of a one on one personal trainer without having to go to the gym. Outdor training is designed to help regain a quality of life that has been missing for years. This gives us all an opportunity to regain being healthy without excuses for ourselves.
