            GROUP TRAINING

 

Group training consists of two or more individuals. Based on your fitness level, and ability, different exercises can be performed at a low impact, slow and steady pace, or to high intensity and plyometrics.

            IN-HOME & OUTDOOR  TRAINING

 

In-home and outdoor training programs are designed to give you the conveinence of being able to work out in an environment that you are most comfortable in. In home training allows you to have the comfort of a one on one personal trainer without having to go to the gym. Outdor training is designed to help regain a quality of life that has been missing for years. This gives us all an opportunity to regain being healthy without excuses for ourselves.
